The kids had a hard time visualizing how the baby is situated right now. I found this picture for them:
So, now they understand why heartburn is often & kicks are uncomfortable. No complaining here, that is for certain! Baby still has plenty of time to consider flipping around so no worries here either. Now to kick the constant Chick-fil-a milkshake craving...
edited: PookieBear and I just went to the kitchen and made delicious milkshakes in our BlendTec! YUM!
Ingredients: raw milk, plain yogurt, raw cocao powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ice... No more Chick-fil-a temptations for me!
So cool!
ReplyDeleteOh so yummy!! I <3 milkshakes!

Hey! I had an appt on Tuesday and it was pretty boring as well. My dr switched me to appts every 2 weeks. Hard to believe it's close enough to need that! I'm excited to meet this baby but sad to think I won't be pregnant anymore! AH!
ReplyDeleteWOW!!! You're almost at the finish line. . .where have I been?!
ReplyDeleteI can relate with the indigestion. My favorite treat right now is peeling a banana and sticking it in the freezer; then eating it frozen.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Shannon, for your sweet comments on my blog regarding the maternity skirt and the title. The title was Marty's idea. He's pretty clever.
Just thought I'd let you know it's been over a month since your last update... LOL!
ReplyDeleteHi Friend! I miss your blog updates! Are you surviving the Texas heat at 9 mos preg? Praying for you and your little one today. =)
