Well, I am happy that the children are having some free time to be outdoors, soak up some Vitamin D and play with their pets. We are still focused on school since we had so much time off while everyone was sick last month. The kids and I went for our TB tests today. We will have rechecks for them on Thursday and then all we have to do is wait for my passport to arrive and we will have EVERYTHING checked off the social worker's list! Hooray! I am also excited that I get to meet Tami and her cutie pie Noah later this month! Tami and her family are coming to Houston for a few days and we plan to meet up at some point. I will have my camera ready!

  3. so glad to hear you are taking christi's class. i remained completely dumbfounded through the whole thing and yet still feel i learned a lot! i see you have an Xti like me...the only bummer about it is that we only have as small as "partial mode" for metering which means we have to get super close to our subject to get a correct meter (i.e..get their skin and not their hair, lips, eyes, etc). can't wait to see all you learn!
